Both the shows have a similar concept of a past connection between the male leads which leads them to being together in the present. They don't just have a past life connection, the leads are shown exploring this connection in detail. Both are heartwarming and cute rom-coms. :)

The ingenious one is a pretty good series to watch after SSS
Ml has hidden identity
Ml is an expert in manipulation or instigating others..
He's revenge driven.
Basically it's A chess game for him the pieces are the people.
FL also is very smart, manipulative, one plus point she's an expert in poison nd martial arts.
A must watch for people who love mind games or battle of wits

Both have an unusual form of time travel, prompted by one of the leads trying to save someone who was murdered, that causes butterfly effects.

I haven't finished 'Road Home' yet but so far I'm loving everything about it!! and the vibe is soo much similar to one of MY FAVOURITE dramas 'Amidst a Snowstorm of Love,' it is actually so similar yet has different stuff so lets dig in!!!

Similarities:
'Road Home' has a winter cinematic theme and has a mature relationship; they learn from the past and try to fight for the future together. Similarly, in 'Amidst a Snowstorm of Love' the theme is winter and the couple are incredibly mature and have a really loving relationship; they never broke up with each other. Additionally, the female lead in both has to fight with their family to be together and finally gets together at the end.

Furthermore, In 'Road Home' the male lead and female lead both have loving characters. They demonstrate a natural love and acknowledge today's reality. They both have eternal love and there isn't really a second lead who creates envy in their relationship. The second "couples" accomplish this by making their screen-time fascinating and entertaining to watch; their story-line is captivating and will keep you engaged to say the least.

Differences:
In 'Road Home' the male lead is a police officer, however in 'Amidst a Snowstorm of Love' the male lead is a former snooker player. Both male leads suffer, In 'Road Home' the cause is his family and in 'Amidst a Snowstorm of Love' it's because of the lack of love and discipline he had received as a child.

In 'Road Home' the female lead is a finance investor, however in 'Amidst a Snowstorm of Love' the female lead is a new, up-and-coming snooker player who is very proficient at the sport. Additionally, the female lead in 'Road Home' had a past relationship with the male lead, however in 'Amidst a Snowstorm of Love' the relationship had begun as a love at first sight from the male lead who was engrossed with the female lead and approached her maturely.

Overall I loved the drama and recommend it to everyone, even those who didn't like 'Road Home' since I personally preferred the other drama since it has less dragging of the relationship into the past and the relationship was new.

both are BL series with the roommates trope : ROP304 only has one couple, and it's the main, KKB will have (i think) at least one couple created thanks to the "roommates" trope so this will be their similarities
ROP304 is more related to an opposite/ennemies to lovers, with also the work place as an important think
KKB's characters are all friends but working at different places

1. Smart ML
2. Not focused on romance
3. Intricate plot

In both cases the dramas are headed by a ML who can see through the plots devised by others and come up with counterplots.
Both MLs fall in love with a woman, but the story is not focused on the romance, and the FLs are supportive, though in JOL's case her support is through her knowledge of palace politics and analyzing plots, while in the case of IO, the female lead has the ML's back literally, since she's an excellent martial artist.
In both dramas schemes abound and are quite complex, though in IO the focus is not on court politics.

In both shows, the ML and FL are pretty down on their luck and together they’re able to get through it. Both have funny parts and heartwarming parts. Both touch on some pretty serious issues. Both have chaotic bits that will leave you laughing.

Both the dramas are based on time travel. The FLs travel to the past and try to amend and dive into a better future. While LR also focus more significantly on the present showing their story in the present, SYA talks a lot about the past. Also in LR, the FL is not directly already in love with ML, while in SYA she is. There's love triangle as well, but SML isn't strong for either.
There is a very strong message relayed in both the dramas. If you enjoyed one, you'll definately like the other.
I personally liked both. SYA made my heart ache like anything, and legally romance made me ponder a lot.

The similarities are body swapping but in 'The Day of Becoming You' gender-swapping is involved with body swapping and it's a romance drama.

Both dramas are focused on murder case and detectives trying to solve the mystery.
Both dramas were filmed in a unique way of jumping the timeline from past to present which can be rarely seen in Chinese dramas. But both have done a great job and added spice to the dramas.
Great casting for both drama. All actors' acting are on point.
Tender Light has more romance and love story between the leads compared to Thirteen Years of Dust.
