[edit]Synopsis

Taking part one year after the original series, this special focuses on the new life of the former helpers, living their seperated lives. However, an enemy group of Yakuza deceiving old people somehow makes the group join forces again, re-opening the care house and treating Akira's steadily worsening memory loss. When a tragic incident occurs, they all need to reconsider the importance of life and the way they want to keep on living from this point on.

    I am giving both a 10 only because the drama is trmenedously underrated on MDL. This is not a light drama, this is a yakuza-family drama that has substance. I really enjoyed it. 0otherwise this a 8-9 drama, but I really feel it's underrated.

    Watch this. It'one of the best Japanese dramas I've seen. Plus this a role for which Kusanagi seems to have been made for.

    Ninkyo Helper is not the type of drama that I'd normally like, but I'm really glad I watched it because it is really good! Seriously!
