The story is so much more than just two women chefs going through competitions. The two women are Do Hee and Seol Hee. They compete to become Master Chef and Seol Hee not only cheats but locks her son in a closet and he ends up dead. Do Hee and her family go on a ship where there is an accident and her child is lost at sea. Do Hee can't face it and while they are looking for her lost child they find another child that she claims as her own. That child has lost her mother at sea also...Yeon Woo then becomes Ha In Joo.

    22 years later

Well, there are 32 episodes to explain what happens when the original In Joo is found.

The ending was not horrible, yet it was still an ending that I felt I wasted so many hours watching just to come away disappointed that there was no definite happy ending. It was too open ended, even if it was a brief moment of reunion. How are the audience to conclude that he didn't end up leaving the next day and they go their separate ways in life? Wasted this sad viewer's time with that kind of ending. :(

Is this not pretty much Baker King, Kim Tak Goo all over again only with a woman? I'm not sure if I am going to finish this one.

The first 2 eps have child stories but when the adult actors come in the story starts to get going. I honestly don't like most of the characters cause thier either evil/crazy or thier jerks. I like Sung Yuri's character but i feel bad for her. I love Lee Sang Woo's character! His character is different in that he actually doesn't like neither of the female leads and is mean but for a reason.

wow its so weird to see Joo Sang Wook in a happy/smiley/funny way...he's always, ALWAYS, a serious/sad/melo character, even when he was happy in his other dramas he never actually did the whole cute-funny thing, its nice (and weird) to see him this way... also his chemistry with Sung Yuri is pretty awesome...
