My Love

On the day of the total eclipse, four couples with different stories, finally find their true love. Se-jin is head-over-heels for his girl-friend Joo-won. But he is worried his otherworldly Joo-won may disappear one day and he will be left all alone. So-hyun falls in love with Ji-woo, a senior in college who is heart broken by another girl. So-hyun asks Ji-woo to teach her how to drink as an excuse to spend more time with him. Jung-suk and Soo-jung is a workaholic couple who are struggling to start their relationship as Jung-suk is still not over his dead wife. And Jin-man who has been on a free-hug campaign around the world, returns to his homeland in 6 years to meet his former girlfriend. The only key to finding her is the cell phone number he had 6 years ago.

1)The reason i watched this :
I was looking for a romantic movie, i was attracted by the title so i just watched it.

2)Storyline/Plot :
It was kind of a sentimental movie that plays on feelings somehow.

I will start with negative points:
*The plot isn't a new thing, it was kind of predictable and i hate it when it's that way.
*I don't think script writers did something original with this movie's story: it could have been so much better.
*Execpt So-hyeon and Ji Woo's love story, other romance were annoying and sometimes cliche considering it was a romantic movie.

Now positive points :
*I can't find many but i will mention that the way they mixed some stories toghether was nicely done, i hoped that they would go a little far but anyway it wasn't bad.
*So-hyeon and Ji Woo's love story was intresting to watch.

Story would have 5.75/10

3)Acting/Cast :
Well, the reason i continued watching this is Jung Il Woo and Lee Yeon Hee presence i just love those 2 actors.
Other actors weren't bad either.
The cast was a strength point that counts for this movie.
I wouldn't say there was chemistry between the leads but they comminucated well.
I wouldn't go hard about the acting considering the disappointing story.

Cast would have 8.25/10
Acting would have 7/10

4)The ending :
I was really anticipating that considering the hole story and i truly hate it when an ending doesn't surprise me but it wasn't a sad ending though.

The ending would have 5.5/10

5)How did it affect me :
It didn't, i just felt the movie's genre.
I didn't get bored and that's a good thing since i have a low patience level yet i wasn't that intrested either.
A movie that i forgot about right after i finished it.

The impression i had about this would have 5/10

6)Overall:
I kind of gave my rating considering Lee Yeon Hee and Jung Il Woo's presence so if u don't like them or any of the other actors u wouldn't want to watch this.
*If u're looking for a special romantic movie then this is not it.
*If u like sentimental love stories then u may actually love this.
*If u're into love stories of any kind then u may want to watch this.

My overall rating would have 6.75/10. read more
