Although one is a movie and the other a drama each has a cast that brings humor to horror. The zombie male main in each blends into the human / non zombie world.
both stories deals with resolution of souls lingering in the after life ....... both heartwarming with effortless conclusions with a big heart from those who helped them

Both FLs have their faces exchanged with another girl and are believed to be dead, and both are on a quest (to solve a mystery vs. revenge). Both MLs are mysterious figures who the FL initially doubts.
Not Me is a BL Thai Drama that focuses on some slightly darker concepts than the classic high school delinquents, but the production, amazing story telling, top tear acting, and BANGER SOUND TRACKS make them very similar in my eyes. It does focus more on more profound messages like fighting corruption and LGBTQ rights. You'll fall in love with that aspect of it too.
Not Me has a completely finished plot in 14 episodes and a beautifully developed romance. To me Not Me is like a completed version of Addicted. While the romance may be mainly secondary to the plot, it is not over looked. The producers are able to include plot relevant interactions and gradual emotional development. Their love is also not as possessive, but it is wholesome and persistent. there are some steamy scenes though no real nudity.
ALSO: just a little bonus, in NOT ME the main actors (off & gun) are actually a couple in real life, so you know their chemistry is *chefs kiss*.

Both are historical/fantasy dramas that involve a seeming magical ability to exchange faces between different people.
Both FLs are face swapped and believed to be dead. Both MLs recognize certain mannerisms/behaviors in the FL, leading them to question her identity.
Both FLs are face-swapped by another woman for her own goals. Both FLs have a past connection with the ML who recognizes certain distinct things about the FL that reminds him of her true identity. Both MLs have a frightening aura about them but are very loving toward and deeply in love with the FL.
Both are historical dramas with a similar slower pacing and vibe. Both follow the ML, born into poverty, who suffers hardship and escapes death as a child and young man, and ultimately becomes a fighter for the people against the evil rulers. Both FLs are the MLs' second loves.
Both are short length dramas that involve a married couple with a cheating, evil husband, and a magical swap between characters due to a mirror.
Political period drama. Involves:
revenge
transmigration/ second chance
phoenix rising from the ashes trope
Machiavellian anti hero

Another real recommendation: This Thai drama is also about identity swap between the good and the bad FL. A woman from the present enters the body of another woman identical to her, but she's known as a villainess and everyone hates her - including ML.
FL has a hard time until everyone realizes that the evil woman has "changed" (they can't imagine how much, since it's even another woman haha). Kind of similar to this CDrama.

Real recomendation: Also has identity swap. In "Crowned" there are 2 men basically identical to each other: one is the king of Joseon (Korea) and the other is a clown (literally). The clown ends up having to act as a substitute of the king, fooling the whole court, the country and even the queen.
Also face-swapping and double identity. In Jun Jiu Ling, FL is a princess and end up in prison, after some events, her friend dies and Jiu Ling ends up assuming her friend's face to flee from the palace traitors. With time, Jiu Ling now with a new face, comes back to avenge her supposed death and those who betrayed her family. "In Blossom" also has this premise: FL ends up assuming her enemy's face and tries to avenge not only her own death, but her family's as well.
The secrets and scandals in the Aguinaldo family, led by matriarch Faith played by Maricel Laxa, get more complicated as a new family threatens to upend their lives.
The arrival of the Dominante-Cruz family helmed by its matriarch Elvira, portrayed by actress Bing Loyzaga, takes an interesting twist as she vows to strip the Aguinaldo’s of their everything – wealth, honour, and heir.
Elijah Canlas, dubbed by CNN as 2020 Actor of the Year due to him bagging the Best Actor plums of Gawad Urian 2020 and 68th FAMAS Awards, depicts the role of Noel, the heir, and exhibits his mettle as an actor as he takes on the challenging role of a young man torn between his loyalty to the family he grew up with and the family he wants to belong to.
With Noel at the center of the warring families, Faith’s daughters Love, Hope, and Joy take on a full battle gear to protect him against the Dominante-Cruz clan, portrayed by powerhouse celebrities that include Karel Marquez, Miles Ocampo, Kyle Velino, and Ahron Villena.
