I tried it but didn't like how it looked. Prefer The Story Graph. 

That being said. I don't track my reading anywhere. If I try, I end up feeling this need to read more just to keep updating my account as opposed for the sake of just ... reading. I track animanga and dramas cause I don't want to forget what I've seen. But with books, having a physical bookshelf that contains all my favourite books before me anyway makes it alright not to.
