The battle leaves the King gravely wounded, prompting Prince Ying to search for the Divine Beads in the Tang Dynasty. Yuan An summons Tian Shu by accident and travels back to the present. She relays how Prince Ying has become one with the Red Dragon. While everyone sneaks inside the palace to retrieve the Divine Beads, Ling Xi lures Prince Ying into the wilderness instead, where the prince loses control over his draconian powers.
