I love cheesy rom-coms, don’t misunderstand. I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. Which is why I really thought I’d enjoy this drama. The story concept was unique.
However, the story didnt really move anywhere for me. I stopped watching in the middle of episode 11. It got kind of repetitive and annoying. I don’t know how to word it in a way that won’t give away any spoilers. It was dragging on and I couldn’t take it anymore. And I hate love triangles.

The housekeeper was my favorite character.
Most of the funny scenes where because if her (to me)

I saw this was recommended under I’m not a robot. Which I loved! But this... no.

After consecutively watching a lot of dramas with heavy emotions and complicated plots, I find this drama very refreshing.

The plot was interesting enough to get you hooked but was not too complicated to make your brain hurt from thinking. I also love how there's no really a "bad guy/villain" here just unfortunate incidents that can happen to anyone.

I really really love the casting of this drama. They all had perfect chemistry with each other, not just the leads. I also love the setting (Seori's House) it's really nice even their office is nice. Love the OST as well!

The only thing why I'm not giving this a perfect score is because of the Aunt of Seori. I just don't understand it completely why she kept the money from selling the house at the bank. Did she know that Seori will wake up again? Because if I were her, I would just use that money to pay for the hospital bills of Seori. She knew Seori didn't have anyone else besides her and her husband. Assuming nobody did pay for her bills throughout the years, do you think Seori would have lived? If she died, who will now use the money instead? I mean this is just me thinking out loud but that's the only think that really bothered me.

Overall, this drama was really interesting and fun to watch! Hope to see everybody in a new drama!

"A pure love story "

I really doesn't know this type of drama exist , even my friends did not know this type drama reallly existed. Nowadays we only find cringe romcom more than proper love story between the 2 leads. No doubt i will be giving 10 out of 10 for this drama ,they started with younger version of 2 leads and they got misunderstood by whole scenario by both of them. Even though there are loop holes in this drama at same time it maintains some suspense in the middle of the show , which makes us think why ?

I feel so bad abt our 2nd lead Ahn seop he is really cute and adorable towards his ajumma (seori) but at same time he is in dilemma whether to tell that he loves her or not! It was so heart breaking for him , they showcases as hero is bit slow with seori but at same time he acts as overprotective boyfriend too. Even i love OST'S which makes us cry with them , it was so heart touching. I personally like this drama even though i did not complete yet but i will recommended this drama to my friends for sure! Even you can also watch it ! DONT THINK , FEEL (is my fav. line in this drama). I love how Ahn seop says it.

Thirty but Seventeen was not on my watchlist. I used it as a filler while waiting for another drama to be aired. But just from the first episode it became way more than a time-kill.

The story explores an all too frequently used concept of "amnesia" and another difficult topic of a 11 year mental/physical age gap. Both these were handled and delivered wonderfully without over doing or complicating either.

The drama portrayed love, friendship, family, overcoming traumatic pasts without much pomp and pageantry and this was what won it for me. Added to this, the support roles were not cardboard characters put there for comic relief or want of distraction. Each one of them created a "perfect moment" just as the OST sings.

My only criticism is that towards the end plot relating to her aunt and uncle seemed to have been changed from what might have been originally intended. However, as I feel this may have even saved the drama from a more cliché ending, I am willing to overlook this to give Thirty but Seventeen a perfect overall score.

Thirty But Seventeen is a very beautiful story about innocence, finding strength to face your past and your fears and the power that love truly holds to nurture your wounds.

This is a very sweet drama that literally makes you feel good. I felt my heart swelling every episode because everything from the acting, the characters, the music and the story progression create a very innocent, heartfelt world you want to immerse yourself in.

This drama is, for me, the epitome of pure love. The progression of Seo-ri and Woo-jin's relationship feels natural and flows from the events they live together (and separately). And it's one of the sweetest, most innocent loves I've seen portrayed in a korean drama. When I was looking at their romantic scenes I could not help but feel years younger. The main leads chemistry have the quality to transport you to a world where everything seems pure, and innocent and love is truly disinterested. When I finished Thirty But Seventeen I couldn't help but feel purified.

The plot is refreshing as well and one of the many reasons I enjoyed this drama so much is the lack of "negative" character trope. While there is someone that tries to create disturbance in the main female lead's life, their actions too are understandable and you can empathize with her choices. Every character feels human in their choices and that is a huge plus for me when watching any kind of film / series.

I do however feel that at points the plot was dragging and there were too many, annoyingly missed opportunities for resolution of the conflict which created the feeling that the story went a bit longer than needed. But this did not take away much from the beauty of the story, which is why I still rated it high and dearly recommend it!

I started this drama because I was making Czech subtitles for it on Viki and this was one of the available titles. During watching I found the drama to be nice and with an unique storyline but it was nothing special in my opinion.
My most favourite character would be probably Chan, he was so youthful and full of energy and was like a ball of sunshine.
Sometimes the drama got a bit draggy but at the end I was glad that I watched it. Shin Hye Sun played her role so well and become one of my favourite Korean actresses thanks to this drama.

I took a dive into this after seeing that Kfangirl Verdict had rated this an A. This did not disappoint! The plot is consistent, the story is well-paced and very enjoyable, there are no villainous characters full of spite, and there best of all, the couple comes together slowly and naturally, without any of that wrist-grabbing. And it wasn't just the main leads, I fell in love with Jennifer, with Chan's two goofy friends, and with Fang.

The kind of dramas I've come to enjoy are ones that make me think deeply about life, relationships, and family. This one manages that and much more. The main characters teach us what it means to have regrets, to bury your pain, to have hopes and to hope again after having them shattered, to grow up and to truly realize that age is just a number, to fall and get up, and keep moving. This was truly a series that moved me. Here are my two favorite quotes out of a multitude:

"People mostly fall apart because they don't say enough. They stop themselves from saying the one thing that matters." - Jennifer

"If you know what you have, you know what to throw away." - Julie Morgenstern (cited by Jennifer)

There are a tad too many coincidences, but since those are common in romcoms, I learned to overlook them. This is mainly because there are so many things about this drama that are so entertaining that one should willingly turn away from such things and just enjoy the ride.

I'm getting emotional just thinking about this drama

I don't think a whole novel would be enough for me to fully describe just how amazing this drama was and how incredibly well the characters were developed. This is actually my first 10 star rating. As a musician myself, I could really relate to Seo Ri when she struggled with the violin. Same reason I could never hate Tae Rin since I could relate to her hatred and jealousy of fellow musicians who are favored more and are generally better than you. I cried so much in this drama that I stopped keeping count. I can recall several moments where I had full on breakdowns during some of the really emotional scenes. The actress Shin Hye Sun is so freaking good though, cause whenever she cries I suddenly want to cry with her. I felt for Chan so much throughout the whole drama and I'm glad he was mature enough to realize that his crush on Seo Ri could never be anything bigger. Though I'm not kidding, had the writer been bold enough to make the second lead win over the girl in the end, I would not have minded one bit. Jennifer is honestly such a gem of a character and I always looked forward to seeing her more because she says the most hilarious things. Later on we learn her tragic story, and I'm glad that she also got a happy ending like all the other characters. Love you, Jennifer. The ending was one of the most beautiful endings I've ever watched in ANY show EVER. Honestly, I'm still in a bit of a KDrama slump right now because nothing could possibly rival this masterpiece. The beginning might feel quite slow, but I honestly never felt bored watching this drama because of the character and relationship development constantly going on. Have fun watching the best drama ever.

This is just perfect

The story line is exciting and inspiring at the same time. I fell in love with the characters and also the great plot twists and turns throughout the drama. There are subtle hints throughout the drama but is enough only for you to be excited and be more curious thus not ruining the plot twists. I love the house used as the setting, most particularly the secret room below the stairs and the glass roof. The casting is perfect specially the for the female lead because it's really hard to portray such character of being immature but still maintaining the composure of being mature. If someone else starred on this drama, it might actually be overly cute that would be very mushy for the show but this one is just perfect. I usually hate antagonists but for this one I'm glad that I was able to see the antagonist changing for the better and being friends with the protagonist. Also the male lead actually stole my heart completely.

Another plus points for adding classical music throughout the drama. I as able to understand more about classical music. The OST is one of the best part for me. It made me cry several times and I keep listening to those songs on my playlist even though I finished watching the drama. If I were given a chance to re-watch 50 K-Dramas before I die, this would definitely be part of my list.

Still 17 or Thirty but Seventeen is such a feel-good kdrama! What I liked the most is the idea that despite the hardships/challenges in life, something good/better is always coming. I also love how they highlighted classical music in this drama and the work of production staff/stage designers. If you're an artist, you can totally relate with this drama, be inspired and get some new ideas. Se-jong is ❤ It's just that most scenes might seem to be unrealistic but nahhh, I still find it cute and good for the heart, that's why I end up finishing it in 2 days. ?

I love this kind of drama. The story is amazing. But what disturbed me the most is the fact that the development of the story is very very very slow! I can't forget how desperate I was several times while watching this. I almost dropped this drama, not once but three times! Gosh.

The story, as you can see from its title, is about someone who's already on her 30 but because she had a terrible accident while she was 17 and brought her to coma. When she finally woke from years of coma, she can't cope with the fact that she's 30 already. And that's it, the story is about her adjusting into her real age.

The main leads are both adorable. This is the first time I watched a drama and found nothing to hate about the characters.
