On-board a cruise ship bound for the Bahamas, two people from separate worlds have a chance encounter, transforming them into one another's destiny. The mousy and unassertive admin assistant, Chen Jia Xin meets the handsome, educated, and charming Wang Xi Yi heir to a large toiletries conglomerate. Mistaken identities serve to complicate their impromptu one-night stand, which ensures further contact, once back on land.

Family pressures arise from the pregnancy that has Jia Xin agreeing to contract marriage with a divorce clause. The child once born, will remain with Xi Yi, who will marry the woman he loves, dancer, and long-time girlfriend, Shi Anna.

Meddling and miscommunication lead to a tragic event. A heart-broken Jia Xin runs away from her feelings and Xi Yi to Hungary where her friend and art broker Dylan is headquartered. Over the following three years, she will establish herself as a potter, thanks to the tutelage of a prominent mentor. Dylan is ever supportive and finds himself developing feelings for Jia Xin.

Separation from Jia Xin finds Xi Yi maturing into someone certain of desiring a family. Meanwhile, he must fend off the advances of the delusional Anna, who's plotting to get him back. Dylan remains steadfast in his quest to locate his long-lost sister, with whom he was separated as a child.

Fate and a business deal will reunite Jia Xin and Xi Yi in Hungary. As their shared history and future possibilities converge it's as if they had never been apart.

Both is about contract marriage. The FL in both drama is a good hearted lady that make the ML to fall in love with the fake wife. Both is a nice drama.

Despite being very different in tone (YAMD has a lot of light-hearted moments in the first half and WWDS is heavy and dark), both dramas have similar elements - a forced/unplanned marriage between the main couple who initially seem mismatched, an unexpected pregnancy that results in a miscarriage, scheming supporting characters who try to drive the couple apart, and a separation and late reunion. Both couples also have wonderful chemistry.

The male lead is the same (Xing Zhao Lin) and he's still a CEO. The cover for both dramas are also similar.

Both dramas involve a forced marriage between a couple due to some circumstances, with the ML not wanting it. Eventually he falls in love with the FL.

Both dramas involve a forced marriage between a sweet, downtrodden FL and a rich ML who resents the marriage. The FL is pregnant (in YAMD she loses the baby, in EWS she secretly gives birth and raises it), and leaves the ML for several years during which time he realizes how mistaken he was and does everything possible to win her back.

Both dramas involve a forced marriage due to some circumstances. The ML already has a girl he's in love with/engaged to. The FL ends up having a miscarriage and disappears from the ML's life to another country for a few years, during which the ML deeply regrets losing her and can't move on. The two eventually reunite/re-marry.

The storyline is similar, although Fated To Love You is a Korean Drama. It is about a woman who is pretty unpopular. She wins a vacation at her job and her co-worker decided to be "nice" to her just so he could go on the trip with her, too. She later realizes that she has been backstabbed by him because he has his favors for another girl. She then accidentally sleeps with this wealthy dude and gets pregnant. *yikes*

-Both dramas have that kind of cheating storyline where the male lead falls in love with the female lead despite having a girlfriend/spouse.
-Both male leads start a contract relationship with the female lead due to extenuating circumstances, in Temptation it's for business reasons and in You are My destiny it's because he got the FL pregnant in an alcohol fueled one night stand
-Both 2nd FL turns evil for part of it and try to seek revenge on the main couple

If you enjoy these two main characters, then you will love them here in this modern, historical world together! Both are cute and loving stories!! Make sure to check out the first season of "The Eternal Love" where their story begins (same actors in all seasons; total of three seasons)!!
