I only watched the first episode and the preview of the second one to know that I shouldn't waste my time to understand what is going on that story. Plus, Shin Se Kyung didn't help. Her eternal confused face annoys me sooo much. I couldn't go further.
The real question is: what the hell Yoo Ah In is doing here ?! I love that actor and he seems to be someone who pick up his roles carefully. I need an explanation.

The story began and delivered well. It's not cheesy. The idea about high-class fashion vs commercial fashion was unique an unusual.
But, it was all such a waste. The whole production turned in to throw-outs. I don't know who to blamed. It's ended in vain.

What a mess!
One of the most frustrating shows I ever watched. I know the female lead was supposed to be young and naive, but she was one of the most wishy-washy characters I ever saw. She kept going back and forth between the male leads at the slightest reason -- so many times, I lost count! -- even when they both treated her badly. Most of the time, all that happened was the leads having meetings in their offices where they threatened each other. The writers had the characters almost never happy, so the whole show was extremely depressing. Both the male leads were written to be total jerks, and the only half likable characters were the seamstresses, but even they spent most of their time gossiping loud enough for the female lead to hear everything, which made them kind of jerks too. This show was just a complete mess with very little good about it, and I ended up using the "jump ahead 10 seconds" button A LOT while the characters were brooding, crying, throwing fits and having flashbacks. I watched the show until the end, only because I like Yoo Ah In, Lee Je Hoon and Shin Se Kyung so much, but their characters were so bad, I couldn't enjoy their acting at all.Was this review helpful to you?

It is a character study (which I enjoy despite them sometimes being difficult) but sadly, the writing was just messy and the characters behaved in ways that became tiresome and confusing. I felt the male leads did a fantastic job. The SFL was more interesting than the MFL but again, could be writing, directing, or just her being a new actress? Not sure. Hard to watch at times. Though, ironically, she’s maybe the most consistent (consistently frustrating in her inability to be upfront and honest..but I digress) character overall until the end. The supporting cast was fabulous. Where’s a show with those ajummas!?
The ending was absolute crap. Seriously stupid and uselessly sad and “what the heck!?”. Overall, when the writers let the characters BE who they seemed to be writing them to be instead of inventing things for them to misunderstand, the show is amazing! Those fleeting moments made watching the other episodes (where I actually face-palmed at the insanity) worth suffering through, mostly, sometimes. Won’t watch the whole thing again but also wouldn’t say it wasn’t worth a watch.
