Naniwa Shounen Tanteidan Episode 2
Case no. 2 of the detective team is about the mother of the two brothers in the team. She had a car accident during her driving lessons that injured her driving teacher badly. However, due to some pressing of Shinobu-sensei, the police gave a closer look to the incident and discovered a fight between two burglars behind this.
