Baili Hong Yi meets up to get the Workman's Essentials book. Liu Ran uses it to get Baili Hong Yi to marry her. The officials go to the Unwelcome Well to catch Gao Bing Zhu. They offer a reward if they assist and Gao Bing Zhu reveals himself to the officials and runs off. During the chase, a child is almost killed and he helps save the child. The joint corps knows everything that happens in the city. Gao Bing Zhu wants to get into Bali's wedding. Baili Hong Yi still refuses to get married but changes his mind after a lecture. Liu Ran agrees to the marriage even though Baili Hong Yi was late. Gao Bing Zhu sneaks into the wedding. Baili Hong Yi's dad is killed and they find Gao Bing Zhu at the scene.
