- The female lead is able to see spirits, getting easily bothered by them and needs the help of the male lead to feel secure/protected, although in different ways.
- A complicated relationship of love-hate mainly from the male part
- A similar "ghost of the episode" format, with the main plot mixed between the main character's quest to get rid/help them
- The male lead was betrayed by someone in the past

Both are Great Romantic comedies with a little more than a hint of supernatural.
Both have leading male characters that are Famous/Rich and calculating/rational types. Due to a trauma in their youth, both have trust issues and push people away before they get attached.
Both have wacky female leads who have supernatural reasons to stay by the leading man's side long enough for him to fall for her.

Although they're different gernes; A Business Proposal is a fun romcom. The Master's Sun is horror romance drama, there are similar vibes between them.
Male Leads are cold arrogant rich CEOs who are full of himself and workaholic. Female Leads are fun poor kind-hearted girls who work for Male Leads, of course for different reasons. Both relationship started with Master-Servant/ Employer - Employee relationship who agreed on helping each other out.

Although the female characters are in contrast in terms of their behaviour ( Lee Sung Kyung is lively wile Gong Hyo jin is gloomy as a ghost) but then both wants to be near the male leads, they both have need of their presence for their own good.

Both drama focus on the female lead and her adventutes surviving with the supernatural. Various stories of ghosts and supernatural beings. While Master's Sun focuses more on the romance, Yokai Sharehouse is more about found family and finding out where you belong in life, despite the adversities.

hard-working woman who now can see ghosts. She try to help the ghosts but can’t because she is afraid of them. They continually haunt her – some wanting her to fulfill their last wishes, others merely scaring her.

In both dramas a lady sees scary spirits/ghosts and feels exhausted and miserable because of it. People around her think she is cursed/crazy (both of them have a weird smile XD). Then she finds a man with special energy that can help her with a touch (such as holding hands, since it passes the energy).

In both series, quirky bosses fall in love with their employees. In LC, the main male lead befriends the spirit of main girl's ex-boyfriend.
SPOILER>>> In LC, the the girl's ex (in spirit while in comma and healthy after recovered) helps the lead couple.
In MS, because the lead girl was in comma and her spirit wondered, after recovering, she gained paranormal senses which lead/ help develop the relationship with the lead actor.

Both leads own the company where the female leads are employed. Boss vs Employee romance. And the romance (i.e. the leads caring for each other) is off the charts.

The male lead has the same childish cuteness. So If you are looking for a drama with a similar male lead, this one is dev something for you!

Crimes, mysteries, with leading couple getting close from 'we know each other' to 'we're couple'. Both dramas are quite funny and entertaining.
