The beginning of the episode is funny when Han Ina meets a little boy. They have a funny and heartwarming interaction. Han Ina is very kind to the boy and gives him ramyeon. Years pass and we see that the boy is all grown up and he has found Bite sisters. We find out that he has the same face as Han Ina's old boyfriend from 1921.
