The Victims
As his team member keeps watch on murder suspect Byung Joon, Do Han suspects that the case is connected with the Noh Sang Cheon fraud victims' organization. As Do Han is checking out the organization, the police receive another emergency call in which the victim reports that Noh Sang Cheon is trying to kill him. At the scene of the second murder case, Do Han runs into Byung Joon yet again and decides to reinvestigate the case as a serial murder. (Source: Prime Video, MyDramaList)
