And although I don't understand any Dravidian languages, my top 5 Tamil - all ARR (of course) and only one from a film I've seen. I REALLY should watch Alaiyupathey, I guess :)

I don't believe in Aryan & Dravidian theory .

There are so many dubbed films of south in hindi language or with english subtitles .

"Dravidian" is the name of the family ofl languages. I'm not referrring to any theories. I probably should have said ":Dravidic" to avoid confusion.

I have seen several Tamil movies, and some in Telugu and Malayalam, but didn't realise that so many of my favourite ARR tracks (from a compilation CD(!) I owned years ago alll came from the same film, Alaiyupathry
