[edit]Synopsis

Eun Soo (Eugene) is a pure but unsophisticated woman who runs a small resort inn with her father. Eun Soo is just an ordinary girl, but her life changes when she meets a man (Ji Sung) who's completely lost his memory. She takes him in and cares for him, and even gives him a name: "Baek Chang Ho". Love blossoms, and soon wedding bells can be heard. But on the night of their wedding ceremony, Eun Soo's father passes away. And soon after, Chang Ho disappears too! In the blink of an eye, the two people Eun Soo loves most in the world have left her. But Chang Ho had his reasons for disappearing: his real name is Kang Hyun Woo, and he's heir to a large conglomerate. Even more, someone is plotting to kill him... --Dramawiki

Let me start off by prefacing that I never write reviews but I noticed that no one has reviewed this drama & felt I had to rectify that glaring omission.

I stumbled across this drama never thinking I would really like it that much I had read the synopsis in MDL & was intrigued, anyway I was hooked from the first episode (which is rare). The main actors played their roles really well sweet without being saccharine.

What I liked best about it was the story yes its a a makjang & if you don't like that then steer clear, I personally love makjangs :D

The story had twists & turns & always kept you glued to your seat breathless with anticipation as to what would

  • Both series are about ordinary girls who fall in love with rich men who have lost their memories. Many mysteries surround why they have lost their memory, and the couples goes through many obstacles to overcome their strange situation.

I tried to watch this but the only place it still seems to be steaming is Dailymotion and the sound is ahead of the video and sometimes it looks like they are walking on the moon then it jumps to catch up, lol and the subtitles aren't very good...so I gave up after 2 1/2 episodes

Minorly related, this happens to be the title of my favorite song, Ben E. King and the Drifters version. I won't repost the lyrics here but I think it does echo what I am guessing the Drama is about.

The main guy is pretty cute and as a not so starving artist who really dresses down I LOVE that look he has. He has NAILED the 'unrepentant starving artist look' while still being HOT! I am superficial, sue me.
