This had a lot of potential but turned down to be disappointing.  I don't know why but I couldn't  connect with the female lead nor I didn't really like her character either.

The first episodes were more promising than the rest as it was so close for me to drop it. I kinda expected the series to be more "dark" as I thought we would see the relationship between the female and male lead progress to a point were the two of them would commit murders together. I was wrong and disappointed how the series turned out.

  • My Liberation Notes

    3. My Liberation Notes

    Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes

    9.5

I must admit that it was hard to let go of this drama.
Just watching the main characters progression throughout the drama and go through their
saddest and happiest times with them even though its just fiction. A very touching drama that gave me goosebumps, made me laugh and tear up. Ep.14 was an emotion roller coaster.

A kdrama that is so realistic to our own lives that I could resonate with the different characters in different ways. Expectations, stress, worries, pressure, sadness and happiness, ups and downs of life. It was very liberating watching this one.

Even after weeks completing this drama, im still thinking about it. I miss following the three siblings lives and the mysterious Mr.Gu. I don't regret checking it out at all.

  • Love to Hate You

    4. Love to Hate You

    Korean Drama - 2023, 10 episodes

    8.5

The storyline of this kdrama was not exceptional but the mix of romance and comedy made it funny and sweet to watch. Some familiar faces that always makes it extra exciting to watch and some new ones as well. I appreciated the strong female lead.

  • Navillera

    5. Navillera

    Korean Drama - 2021, 12 episodes

    9.0

This kdrama was just pure beauty. To see an elderly man do what ever it takes to follow his dream and a younger boy that does not feel good enough and does not have anyone there to really cheer him up. How they motivate each other, help each other to grow.

I was a little hesitant to watch the last episode knowing that it would be very emotional and indeed it was. This kdrama has to be number two after Move to Heaven were I have cried so much. I just loved watching the bond between these two and how much they meant to to each other though the journey and until the end. I appreciated watching the other family relationships as well.

Just the kdrama as a whole: the acting, the characters, the story and the production...the way it was shot was just beautiful. It was hard watching the 5 last episodes and especially the last one but I do not regret checking this out and I will for sure miss this kdrama. I haven't watched so much of Song Kangs work but I must say that the way he is portraying his character and his acting in this kdrama is out of this world. I am proud to say that he is one of my favorite male actors out there.

  • The Glory

    6. The Glory

    Korean Drama - 2022, 8 episodes

    10

I just love this kdrama so much! It's been a while since I have getting the feeling that I know this will be an amaaaaazing drama that I will love.

A kdrama with a huge impact, an important issue like bullying and brining this topic out in the light in a real and raw way. Not everyday I get chills by watching a kdrama. It took me a long time to actually watch it because of the graphic/ traumatic scenes but I am glad I did in the end.

The characters in this one was so interesting on their own and together and I love the actors that portrayed them. Many new but also familiar faces. Love seeing the duo from Bad and Crazy. I must say that the relationships that touched me the most was the relationship between Dong Eun and Hyun Nam and Dong Eun and Yeo Jung.

The production of this kdrama is woahh and I love the storytelling: always something new that gets brought to the table, the plot twists and watching the development between characters. Love the soundtrack too. This will forever be one of my favorite dramas.

The plot was not exceptional nor super interesting. I was mainly watching it for Kim Woo Bin anyway. I must say that I liked the visuals,  quality and the overall production of the series.

I was a little disappointed because you clearly know who the bad guy is and the ending was very rushed.

  • Tale of the Nine Tailed: An Unfinished Story

    10. Tale of the Nine Tailed: An Unfinished Story

  • Little Women

    11. Little Women

    Korean Drama - 2022, 12 episodes

    9.5

This kdrama was amazing. It gave me so many vibes at the same time as it was touching, emotional, dark, sweet and beautiful. Loved the directing, the choice of locations and how the different scenes were shot. So well made!

I appreciated the plot twists because it was always something new brought to the story and I always got surprised every single time.

I liked how we got to know the three sisters individually but it was a red thread that connected them together.

I got a little disappointed with how everything turned down, especially with the character "Park Jae Sang".  Did not see that coming but overall I was satisfied with how the series ended.

Never knew that I would see Go Eun and Ha Joon together in the same kdrama and I loooved it. Aaahh, I wish I could see their relationship in the series progress more as we can clearly see Ha Joon`s character having feelings for Go Eun`s character.

  • Bloodhounds

    12. Bloodhounds

    Korean Drama - 2023, 8 episodes

    9.5

I really liked the relationship between Woo Jin and Geon Woo. I liked the contrast between their characters as Geon Woo was so sweet and soft and Woo Jin was the extrovert funny guy. They really became close more as just brothers through the series in a natural way.

I also wanna add the fighting scenes as well. Very well executed and felt realistic and they was sooo good that it was nerve wracking to watch.

Things I disliked about the series was Hyeon Joo`s departure. It didn’t make sense that she didn’t wanna take revenge with the two boys. I really liked her character as she was cool, stubborn and fearless. I understand the choice because of the actress DUI but at the same time it felt very out of character.

The tone of the two last episodes were very different than the previous ones. I get that time has passed but it was a huge jump and I can’t tell how much time has passed other than we see them training for their revenge at the countryside and their change in apperance.

I also didn’t like the death of many of the good guys but the bad guys just get mildly injured in comparison. Like why only the good guys? To be honest I was really shocked and disappointed.

I appreciated the last episode didn’t end with a cliffhanger but I still wanted answers after the series ended. Like what really  happened with the main bad guy and his sidekick? I want closure.

Overall, even with my disappointments, I really liked the series. I liked the actors, the good characters as well as the bad ones. I liked the plot: it was fun and full of action and I liked that it was not too complicated so it was easy to follow along. Watched it first alone and then I watched it over again with my sister.

I liked the cast and the historical aspect of the drama like the locations, the storyline and the outfits etc.. It took me some episodes before I found the series more interesting to watch. I wasn't super satisfied with the ending. It was a decent kdrama after my opinion.
