I watched this purely for the leads. Ella Chen & Mike He. This was not my favorite work from any of the leads.

The story was very cliche. But it was an overall sweet & cute story. It's different that Ella's character is a somewhat of a bad girl.

I thought the acting was the best part of the movie. It's one of the movies or dramas where the acting is great, but the plot is not the best. Mike He still plays an arrogant male lead, but turns good in the end. The side characters weren't really a stand out, but the little sister of the main girl was cute.

I loved Ella's musical number. But other than that, it was either cringe-worthy or it was not memorable.

I would watch for the easiness of watching this movie.

Overall, I don't really recommend this movie to anyone unless you like Mike He and/or Ella Chen. This was not their best works in my opinion, but it was okay.

I have been trying to find a drama to watch in the last few months. I was so busy and everything. Now that I had the time to watch something. I picked this because of the actors and actresses, plot & the fact that I wanted to watch this for a while.

I am glad that I watched this drama because the story is unique & it almost turned me off. But I am glad that I didn't. This is a sweet, cute, funny & mysterious drama. You have plot twists that you wouldn't have suspected at all. And you won't know who would end up with whom till the end. You may get hints, but that's it.

Story: 9/10: It's an interesting story line, but it might be a put-off for some viewers. But it's really balences the funny, heartfelt moments with the serious moments. As I mentioned before, there are plots twists that you would never have suspected.

Acting: 9/10: I thought the acting was great. Some better than others, but still good. I loved Ojiro in this drama. I didn't like Kei at first, but he grows on you as the show goes on. Kairi is an mysterious character to me, I didn't know how her character felt most of the time, but that's her character. I love that the characters are very different from each other. Masato was a mysterious character, there were times where he was creepy, but he is also a funny character too. So I think you will have a favorite character in this drama. The friendships are amazing. I loved the cougar too(watch the drama to find out what I mean) because she is so confidant, but also funny. The point is, the characters are so much fun to watch.

Music 8.5/10: There were mostly(or all) English songs, but they were not always the best attribute to the drama. I love Dancing Queen!

Rewatch value: 9/10: I would totally watch this again when I need something to laugh about & I think it'll be one of those dramas where when you watch it over again, it never gets old.

Overall: Totally recommend it. Don't let the plot scare you or let it get in the way of watching this drama. It's funny to watch the interactions between the 8 characters. I has some mature themes in this, but it's light-hearted as well & there are some life lessons to learn in this(in my opinion).

I actually like this plot.

The plot line is original, I think. I don't know if there is a drama like that.

Story: 10/10 because I haven't really seen the plot quite like this one. I have seen people who fall in love live together, but the reason for living under one roof is different.

Acting: 9/10 becuase I like the side characters are cute to watch & the leads have great chemistry!

Music: 8/10 becuase there are some cute BGM numbers but not memorable.

Rewatch value: 10/10 it's still airing, but this drama is so adorable that I want to watch it again when it's done!

This drama is my top 5 Korean drama of this year! I was very hesitant to watch this drama because the plot was very melodramatic & I didn't feel like watching a melo right now. But after the first episode. . . I was very pleasantly surprised with how light-felt, and hopeful this drama was.

Story: 8/10 because it is actually pretty cliche, but the way the cliches were handled were so refreshing that it didn't feel cliched at all. The only part of the story that I didn't like is that the seconds leads were only one dimensional characters. I wished that they developed them a little bit more.

Acting: 10/10 because everyone brought their character to life. I felt that Hye Soo, Ji Hoon & Eun Sung were a real family to a point, that sometimes, I had to look away for a bit because they were having the time of their lives & felt like I was looking in on them. I give props to the actors and actresses in the drama. Especially Uee(Hye Soo) because this is the first time that she gave it all to her character and it showed in her acting. I seen her in a few projects and she was good, but I think this is her breakout role in her career. I laughed, smiled and cried with her. I felt the same was with Lee Seo Jin(Ji Hoon). I was seeing that he truly starting to fall for Hye Soo & Eun Sung. Ji Hoon's father was just evil!!!! I'm glad he got the ending he got. The second leads weren't written very much in the drama, so I couldn't really sympathy for their situation because of how undeveloped they were. I really hated Jung Hoon because he was very immature; at the same time, I understand why he acted the way he did. There was amazing family chemistry between the main leads. The chemistry between the leads felt realistic. It builds up as you continue watching it.

Music: 9/10 because it really fit the scenes very well. I would get a couple of the songs from the soundtrack & listen to it.

Re-watch Value: 7/10 because there were moments where I cried a river even though there were lots of humor & light hearted moments. Bring tissues just in case.

Overall, I really loved this drama. If you are hesitant to watch the drama, then bring tissues with you just in case. There are moments where you get some laughs & smiles on your face. Have fun watching(if you are)!!

I watched this movie after watching Secret/Secret Love he was in recently & I fell in love with this movie & Ji Sung(all over again).

Story: It's an 18+(19+ in Korea) movie so be prepared what you are going to see. The main couple in this movie are eye-candy(& SEXY!!) It felt original to me, even if people don't think so.

Acting: The acting was awesome! Ji Sung's character was very different from Secret Love. I have not seen the female lead before, but she was awesome & daring for this role.

Music: It wasn't very memorable except for the main guy's love song(the need to see for yourself why).

Rewatch: I think I will rewatch it when I feel gloomy & depressed

You'll like it if you like the leads. You'll like it if you like to watch romantic-comedy, steamy scenes & eye-candy plot story with heart

I actually like this drama despite it's a 45-episode drama.

Story: 9/10 nothing really new, who can find anything orginal in family dramas?

Acting: 10/10 I really like the casting in this. The leads have great chemistry and they are too adorable together. The family chemistry is good too. Some of the best comedic scenes ever are in this drama!

Music: 8/10 not really memorable music, but some songs that play through the song & the ending theme is nice to listen to.

Rewatch value: 8/10 it's 45 eps. so I won't watch the whole thing, but I will watch some of the funniest moments in k-drama history(in my opinion of course)

I think this is really cute and you should watch it if you like the leads, comedy, romance or family dramas, or you just like long dramas, you'll like this drama.

Come watch this with a tissues and pillows.

This is the first review I have done in a long time so bear with me as I explain my feeling for this drama.

Story: There are some stuff in the drama we have seen before in the genre like opposing parents, corruptions, lots of characters that are jerks, etc. But the execution of the story was so well done. I came in knowing that there were going to be 3 seasons before this story comes to a close, so I did like the open-ended ending that we got. I was able to be watch this in 2 1/2 days! That is how much the story grabbed me from the get-go. This was the first time in a while since I was super invested in all of the characters including the villains. I cried a lot and I was so angry at so many of the characters that it can be a stressful watch.

Acting: I have to say... The acting was one of the best I have seen this year so far, from all of the characters. This was the first time I have seen Kim So Yeon as a villain and I have to say. It was one of the best acting I have seen from her (I have watched a few of her projects and she played female leads). Lee Ji Ah was a revelation, I did not recognize her from Me too Flower (I saw this drama last year LOL). She was so much better here than Me too Flower if you didn't like her character in that drama, then try this one. The actors playing all of the high school students did such of a good job of hating them and rooting for them (some of them). Uhm Ki Joon also did a fantastic job as a villain as well; he did such a good job to be a scary, manipulative villain. But the actor who stole the show for me was Park Eun Seok ( I have never seen him in anything before this drama).

Music: The music was mainly contained opera music, orchestra background music and very few music with vocals. The music helped elevate the show so well. I think if this had more music with the vocals (pop songs mainly) it would of ruined the moment I think. It was a great choice of music. Since music was part of the main plot, I think the opera music choices were well chosen was well.

Re-watch: I would not watch the whole thing back-to back. This story made me really stress out for all of the characters involved. But there was a scene that was so tense between two characters near the later half of the show that I re-watched daily for 4 days straight (no joke mind you). It was the dialogue of that scene, the acting, the chemistry between the two actors, it was a visceral watch and felt the pain, anger, sorrow, betrayal between the two character. One of the best fight scenes I have seen in a long time.

Overall, if you are into betrayal, corruption, character development (some, not all), mystery, suspense and over-the-top acting (quite a bit of screaming heads up on that), and any of these actors , you will enjoy this drama. P.S. Before you watch, trend lightly because some scenes could cause triggers in some people. If you have to, take breaks in between if it gets super hard to watch.

This drama was one of the best dramas of the year! This has everything that I wanted in a drama like this: Action, Comedy, Drama, Mystery, Romance, Conspiracy, great character development and so on.

The story was sometime predictable, but there were still twists and turns that I did not expect in this drama! It has been a while since I was so invested in a crime story and not only the good guys, but the villains too.

The acting all around was fantastic!!! From the main characters to the supporting characters and the villains were well written. I was invested in almost of all the characters and wanted everyone to have the ending they deserve (bad guys get justice and good guys win). The action scenes from Lee Jung Ki was amazingly choreographed. I learned that he did his own stunts (like Ji Chang Wook did in K2). Seo Ye Ji did an amazing job and held her own in this drama! Her character was smart, can hold her own in a fight, funny and last but not least open-minded. The supporting characters were very fun to watch especially when the drama got too much (I have cried a bit in this drama). For the first time in a while, I was invested and creeped out by the villains in this drama and what they were going to do. They were smart, resourceful and full of fun to watch the interactions between them and the main characters! The romance in my opinion was realistic type of romance where they just are there for each other as they help each other out as partners in crime and romance. Lee Jung Ki and Seo Ye Ji has amazing chemistry that was so fun to watch; from their interestingly "flirty" bickering to understanding/open-minding partners in crime to understanding friendship and romance. This couple is one of the best couples of 2018!

The background music was very memorable and fitted in all the scenes. The music really help the mood of this drama (this feeling reminds me of I Hear Your Voice when it came to the BGMs being memorable)!

I have re-watched it twice already! I only re-watched it for the romance and the funny moments as well.

Overall, I would recommend this drama to anyone who loves a good action/crime/mystery/romance drama with sprinkle of humor throughout and well-thought out villains and main characters.

I really enjoyed this drama. There were times that I was on the edge of my seat. Also there were times that it was funny, and some cute moments as well. Even though the writing is not the best, the characters themselves were fantastic to watch.

Story-7.5/10: The plot was not the best in execution. But the characters were well written. There were parts throughout the drama that I felt was a little random. But there were moments that were very satisfying to watch. There the suspenseful scenes were well done.

Acting-9/10: This was the best part of the drama. The actors/actresses were doing their character justice. The chemistry between the cast was fantastic. I give praises to Jung Kyung Ho, Bak Hee Jin, Choi Tae Joon, Lee Sun Bin Oh Jung Se and Kim Pub Lae. They were the best characters and best acted out of them all. There were a few others, but these were the ones I paid attention to most. Bong Hee was such a strong, awesome women. She can kick some butt. Seo Joon was cute, smart but also intense(when it came down to it). Tae Ho was super intense, scary and a bit vunerable. Ji Ah was a sassy but strong character as well. Ki Joon had a great back story. He was a comedic, caring type of character. Do Pal was intense, creepy and sly character. Everytime Do Pal and/or Tae Ho were on screen, I was scared about what they would do.

Music-9/10: This was also the best aspect of this drama. What I liked about this OST was that most of it was BGMs(background/instrumental music). A lot of the this OST really set the tone of the scenes and it was in the right place each time.

Re-watch or not?: Nah. It was a roller coaster ride. Regardless of the plot, it was intense, suspenseful drama.

Overall score-8/10: You should watch this drama for the character development, the actors/actresses, and the survival type of drama.

I love contract marriage troupes. I came upon this drama and randomly decided to watch it and. . . It was very good. It's very cute, sweet and cheesy drama.

Story: 8/10 because we have the normal troupes arrange marriage, cunning 2nd female lead & jerky male lead & spunky, native female leads. But it was done kind of refreshing despite the drama being 11 years old!!!

Acting: 9/10 because I felt the chemistry between the leads. Lee Dong Gun did fantastic job in this drama. I like that they solve their conflicts quickly. Lee Da Hae did fantastic as the cunning, mean second lead. Even though some of the scenes were cheesy, the couple were cute together!! The leads have amazing chemistry. Their love was believable.

Music: 7/10 because it was cute, but not enough to make me listen to over and over. Some BGMs fit the scenes.

Re-watch value: 9/10 because it's very sweet and has so much humor despite being cheesy.

Overall, if you like older dramas, romantic-comedies, cheesy lines, marriage hijinks, the actors/actresses & seeing Lee Da Hae as the second lead, then this drama is for you.

This was an easy to watch, cute drama about two thing that I never thought would be a great combo. Chocolate & business finance. I wanted to watch it for Kai(EXO) & Lee Il Hwa(The Reply Series). But ended up liking all the characters too.

Story: 8/10 because it was a very easy to watch & refreshing with the the combo. It's not enough for a lot of character development, but it was enough to really like the characters despite their flaws. Despite the cliches, it was somewhat refreshing.

Acting: 8.5/10 because the characters pulled me in & wanted me to be interested in their characters despite being only 6 episodes long. Kai was a huge surprise to me. I've only seen him act as a cameo in EXO Next Door, but he improved a lot since then. There was one scene where I truly astonished with how Kai handle the scene. Eun Bin was really cute as Choco.

Music: 7/10 because it was cute, but don't want to listen to all the time.

Re-watch Value: 8/10 because it was easy to watch. If I was waiting for a new drama to come or waiting for an airing episode to come, I would re-watch this drama.

Overall, if you are looking for an easy paced, easy to watch drama, then it's for you. If you are watching it for Kai, you'll be surprised. It's not too big on the business aspect, but it does teach you a couple of things about it. It would be cool if people have a cafe like this in the real world.

I got into this becuase I thought the plot was interesting & for Aaron Yan of course!

The story was what I got into this drama in the first place. The beginning was great. But it got a little weird and got really confused. I thought it was about Alice, giving the title. But she was kind of overshadowed by the other leads. Some of the problems in the drama was either rushed or overlooked all together. There were so many plots to this story that I lost count

The Die Fei and Ting-Yu's chemistry was amazing. Ting-Yu and CJ's friendship was amazing too. Aaron is getting a lot better in acting & I think this character was the maturest role that Aaron has gotten & he did his character justice. Lara was an okay actress. She could have been better but not too bad either. I could of wished that Die Fei had more of a back bone in the second half. Xie Kai was pretty good too. I have seen him as supporting character but not one of the leads. I liked his character, but he was pretty single-minded throughout the show. But his character was light-hearted type while all the drama was going on. Tracy Zhou was good, but her character was overshadowed by the other plots of the story( like I said above). But it was also becauase she had less screen time than anyone else's. I liked Lisa a lot. She was spunky mother- type of character.

The music was what kept me going beside the acting. I loved the classical music & Lara's singing was phenomenal! The opening theme was good too. Aaron & Xie Kai must practice for days to get the musical element of their character right.

Overall, I would only recommend it if you like classical music or like one or most of the actors/actresses in this drama. The acting is good, but the story had gone bonkers in the 2nd half of the story.

On a side note: the kisses were great! I just had to say it.

This movie was simple. But it's hard to understand. There are a lot of metaphors or symbolism in it I think.

Story: The story was good, but there are a lot of plot holes. I got really confused on what happened in the end. I think the reason for the confusion is that the movie is only little over 20 minutes long. So there is not a lot of character development in this movie.

Acting: It was good, but there was not a lot of dialogue. Mostly on the body language.

Music: The music was the best part of the movie. The song that the main lead sang was amazing & I really want to know what the name of the song is. Fei Ge is the composer of the music in the movie & did a good job.

Rewatch: I wouldn't really rewatch it. If I do, I might want to try to understand this movie.

Why watch: A lot of people are only watching this for Thailand's heart-throb Mario Maurer. I did too, I'll admit it. But if you like music. For something simple, but complicated story line(simple plot, but sometimes hard to understand when you watch).

I mentioned in the INK~Love in Tokyo that I seen every version of this story. I forgot this version too. I've seen this drama as well.

This isn't my favorite version of this story, but it had some good things about this drama.

Story: I love the story, but it was so different from the original. But it's because the manga was still being written in 1996. The manga will forever be incomplete with no ending at all. The reason is that the author passed away(if you haven't known that, then that's the main reason that the story is so different). It's actually kind of more comedical(not as funny, but still).

Acting: I think Kashiwabara Takashi did pretty well as Naoki. He was so cold that I wanted to beat him because he was cold. There a few moments that he wasn't too cold. Sato Aiko got her role down. But I couldn't really relate to her. She was very annoying character. Aoki Shinsuke as Kin-chan didn't have much screen time at all because the story was still being written at the time. The person who played Yuki was pretty good as well.

Music: Not that memorable at all.

Rewatch: I didn't like the drama very much, but there were some good moments in the drama I would watch over again.

Remember, it's my opinion. If you disagree, that's fine with me.

This drama is adorable.

Story: 9/10 because who hasn't seen a plot like this. People end up living together or boss & employee fall in love. But this was done differently and added a little twist to the story.

Acting: 9/10 because I've seen both leads in different dramas & they can both act. I've also seen the second male lead in a different drama as well. I think the leads have cute chemistry, but I felt that the acting from the female lead turned up a notch recently(ep. 6). I just can't wait to see what happens.

Music: 8/10 because the opening is cute, some of the BGM is memorable to me at least:) but not as memorable as others though.

Rewatch value: 10/10 I would watch this again when this drama is done because of the adorable actors/actresses in this.
