I had the highest possible expectations for this show and got the biggest disappointment of my life.

Three things:
1. I love Lee Jun Ki
2. I love Robin Hood stories.
3. I hated this drama.

To put it simply: Painfully slow beginning, fairly interesting middle, boredom, decent ending.

Well, I don't know how many times I hit my head into the wall while watching this show and how easily I could think of the better ways of implementing the plot. The writer ruined it all for me, everything of it. I'm not saying the plot sucked that much but hey, it could have been so much better. I'm dying all over again while thinking how easily it could have been so much better T__T

Acting was good, I don't have much to complain about it but the story was just boring, everything about this show was painfully boring and the comedy relief was only temporary. Even the love part was disappointing, all of it. I feel like everything happened in slow motion.

If given a chance I would rather watch something else.

This is one of my favorite dramas. Then why rate it so low? Well, it's been ages since I watched this and the truth is that this drama becomes a bit boring and repetitive midway with plenty of "let's fast forward" moments. But this one is a good basic well balanced drama with everything kept in control and the end wraps everything up nicely.

The comedy is the best part of this, the show kept me cracking up all the time, especially during the first half. If you want a laugh of your life try watching this, maybe the first episode is a bit boring but the story picks up well after that.

The cast does a great job except.. ahem... Han Ga In who nothing but pissed me off every freaking second she spent on the screen. Thus it was hard to root for the main couple. Other than her the cast was splendid indeed and I fell in love with all the 'oldies' and their 'I'm laughing because I know something you don't, even though you just insulted me. You just wait and I will destroy you' - moments.

I could describe this drama simply like this:

Beginning: the most awesome, intriguing, complicated, interesting, hooking, creative, breathtaking shit I have ever seen.
The rest: just shit.

Seriously, why does it always happen? Dramas start well then first half is over and everything is over. I guess it went up till episode 8, that's when the awesomeness ended and this drama became a pain to watch.

First of all I hate Moon Geun Young and this drama made me hate her even more. She is the most boring actress I have ever seen, (along with Han Ga In, they are just the same). Maybe it was just her character? Han Se was supposed to be different but ended up being just a confusing crying mess who couldn't achieve anything by herself. All she did after first half was crying, over and over again.

Park Shi Hoo, I loved his character at first but then realized that he was crazy, he was simply just... out of his mind?

This drama is no different from others. It's true the writer tries to have a different feel to the usual Cinderella story but in the end nothing is different. I though Han Se had potential of being the first truly black main character in Kdrama history, who was driven evil by the harsh society she was living in.

Oh well, everything about her was genuine after all, just everything. Instead of a good girl gone bad this drama actually portrays something like: a good girl can't go bad because she is too good and that pays off. What?

The weak lead girl who is constantly unsure about everything she does supported by people who at first hate her but become her friends and a crazy male lead who does stuff which doesn't really make any sense. But as long as he saves the day in the end...

After the most promising first 8 episodes I have ever seen this drama made an u-turn into a boring mess which didn't make any sense after all.

Once again I feel like I'm the minority here. This drama... was a disappointment, a great one at that. This won't make it even close to my favorite dramas list, even though in the beginning I was totally in love. Still, I think this show is worth trying. Who knows... so many people loved it after all.

The beginning was awesome but after wrapping this up I now look back wondering what did I even like about this in the first place? What? The show rings hollow, 16 episodes and nothing really happened. The characters didn't really grow, bad won over the good, pathetic ending, unanswered questions.

I must admit acting here was pretty good, SHK was like a really blind person, JIS was intense and Kimbun cute. What else do you need? They really invested a lot into cinematography but that's about it...

The intensity of the first half was replaced by boredom around episode 10 if not before that. The director and writer did it so well, they cheated me into thinking like something was happening but the more I watched the more I realized that nothing was going on at all, the whole story could be wrapped up in some 2 hours. This would have been a great movie.

I feel betrayed by the ending which didn't make much sense in general. The plot twist was pathetic, unreasonable and felt like a last minute decision. Sure it came out of the blue but seriously, it just made no sense.

Strange characters kept popping out, they stayed for a few minutes and then disappeared. In fact, the whole drama went in depth only with Yongie and secretary Wang, the others were left in the shades. Like, why would anyone care about them? Even Soo's background was introduced hastily and in the end his character stayed one dimensional after all.

Okay, and I must mention that Yongie, the main girl, drove me crazy with her annoying character. During three last episodes I downright loathed her for being such a disappointment to simply everyone around her.

Since the secrets were revealed quite late in the show I was waiting for something interesting but to avail. What was revealed wasn't anything special and it turned out the truth had been there all along, the boring truth.

What this it drama has to offer is the most basic ingredients of Korean dramas, no more no less. A bit of a bittersweetness, comedy, romance, hard work, sadness and the harshness of Korean society. Everything comes wrapped in a neat and well balanced package.

What this show lacks is chemistry between the main couple and creativity. The main idea of the plot is creative enough but the actual implementation is not. This is basic "Cinderella" story about a girl who hits the rock bottom and then gets a chance to fulfill her dream through hard work and finds her happiness in the end. There are drawbacks but she never stops trying due to her cheerful and stubborn character everyone just loves.

The drama succeeds well in portraying Korean life in general and does it in a quite realistic way. Exposes all the flaws of money driven society in which you have to be perfect and young to succeed in anything. Even if you have talent but are a few years too old you are nothing. If you are a nice person everyone around you will get jealous and try to plot you out of the picture. But still, in the end the good wins.

There were way too many episodes and halfway the story became exhausting due to its repetitiveness. The chemistry between the main characters which was quite okay in the beginning slowly faded away and they felt more like good friends, older sister and younger brother. Needless to say I got a really bad second lead syndrome here.

This is not good not bad, mediocre at its best and worst. Acting is quite okay though.

I never understood why this show became so popular. For me it was a torture to finish watching this painfully slow and boring overstretched drama.

Acting was awful and they really ruined all the beauty of the original manhwa characters, especially the main girl Chae Kyung. In drama her character lost all the spunky feel and she was just annoying. No matter how well Yoon Eun Hye can act I still learned to loathe her for this role because her character was idiotic.

Joo Ji Hoon was a boring prince with one expression for all occasions, he was nothing like Lee Shin should be. I guess my expectations were too high. In fact, I liked Kim Jung Hoon performance the most.

The only good thing about this drama was music and the settings were pretty nice too. Seriously, there was no chemistry between the leads and the whole feel of the show was apathetic.
