Both series are good rom-coms that are delightful to watch. They have both have male leads with weird eccentric personality but eventually becomes adorable. The male leads both see something special to their seemingly ordinary female lead and its a fun watch how these alpha males becomes soft hearted because of their love for the female leads.
Both also had used the machination of amnesia in their story plot but don't worry because the male leads quickly got their memory back and lasted for just an episode. Its seems love has a way of bringing memories to surface.
Both dramas also used metaphors like sun, shield and snail... you'll get these after watching and will become fond associations when you think of these dramas.

Both are ones of few really cute lakorns with interestingly developed characters. LN resembles korean drama too.

It was my first Taiwanese drama that i ever watched after being hooked on J-dramas, It was the best drama! XD. i watch this twice a year since it aired and i still laugh and cry as if i am watching it for the first time.

The main character has a split personality which happens in both show. Also, the main guy is both oozing out with charisma.

The story is also about drama production. It has a great plot, developing characters, of course great OSTs and love chemistry!

Cross dressing girl in historical settings. Like in Hana there is whole lot of drama and adventure.

This show is also about a girl who dresses up as a guy to fulfill her dream and that's actually the only thing in common between the shows. If you like gender bender try this out. There is way less drama and more comedy.

Music industry and success story. Jealousy and fight for success. Both dramas deal with similar themes.

These 2 dramas are not related by having the same story, but for following one of the same concept: detectives and you can also see action and mystery in both. Let's not forget that both dramas are including characters with impressive stories.

In both dramas the female lead lies to the one she loves and ends up being hurt !

The way Yoona's street is shot reminded me a lot of Miss Korea. Both dramas have great written characters and development throughout the entire show. I also believe that both of these shows are underrated gems that don't look all that interesting on paper but leaves you satisfied all the way through to its conclusion.

Both are historical dramas in which the girl works as a maid in the palace and falls in love with a prince. Both dramas are full of drama and political intrigue.

An other adaptation of the Legend of Hua Mulan, from the moment her father is enlisted until the end of the war. However, in this one, Mulan isn't a super-woman but a mere girl who trains hard to survive and protect her family. Mu Lan is also more focused on the Royal Family's intrigues instead of the Rourans' royalty.
Mu Lan's plot presents different element of the legend, the Legend Of Hua Mulan foresaw.

They both are about gomihos ( nine tailed fox ) and love .. <3 <3
