FL is in love with another guy and strings the ML along

Not quite but close Who Are You (FL is in love with the SML who she thinks is dead and the ML is in  love with her - she kind of responds to his feelings but still loves the SML. When she discovers the SML is still alive but in a coma, she basically ignores the ML who is in the hospital recovering from a near fatal injury. She ends up with the ML after the SML dies.)
