Park Ji Hoo is a South Korean singer, dancer and maknae of EVNNE. He is enrolled in Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School (focusing on Practical Dance). Before debuting, he spent 2 years and 2 months as a trainee at Wakeone and H1GHR Music before returning to Wakeone.

In 2023, he entered MNet's "Boys Planet", but he ended up in 33rd place. However, Jellyfish Entertainment reached an agreement with several agencies and decided to create a second project group (alongside ZEROBASEONE) with the contestants outside the Top 9. Originally, the group's name was set to be BLIT (short for "Boldly Leaping into Tomorrow"), but after careful discussions, it was decided to change it to EVNNE (short for "Evening's Newest Etoiles"). The group debuted in September 2023 with the EP "Target Me".
