Growing up, Su Jia Nan was anything but popular. A social outcast, she spent her school days dreaming of the moment she would be free from the misery a lifetime of mockery had brought her. Now an up and coming writer with a steadily growing fanbase, Jia Nan is finally free of her painful past. Or so she thought. Suddenly caught in the middle of a family inheritance struggle that could very well put an end to all her dreams of becoming a successful novelist, Jia Nan wants nothing more than to be free from her family obligations. With very few options and even less time, Jia Nan soon finds herself turning to the last person on earth she ever wanted to see, one of her old high school tormentors, Lu Bo Yan. The CEO of a successful investment company, Bo Yan is more than happy to help Jia Nan, for a price. Caught up in his own family crisis, Bo Yan finds himself in desperate need of a wife. Agreeing to help each other out, Bo Yan and Jia Nan sign a marriage contract. But how can a fake marriage solve their problems when it brings with it so many problems of its own? It was okay, until it wasn't

Be prepared to watch this only for the ML (who is not only handsome, but also really kind as well), because the FL is nothing but an annoying, selfish, self-centered jerk who should have no business being married to ANYONE, let alone this dude.

There's being independent and working for your dreams, and then there's trampling over everyone and sacrificing every single person in your life to get there.

But all that aside, EP 22 in particular was the one that dropped this rating from a 6 to a 4.5. If you can't see how spending a night in the hotel room with another man - and then defending your poor choices to your husband - could be detrimental to your marriage, then you don't deserve to be in one.

I truly wish the ML ended up divorcing her, but we all know how this stuff works. They always do forgive after a one (barely sincere) apology, don't they?

Super sweet love story of female author/novelist meets ceo

For the most part a really good watch! I recommend this drama for the super cute romantic scenes.

The storyline starts when they are in middle school / high school ? Female lead was once this chubby girl, and the male lead was her only friend. Young male lead often was mean to her because he liked her. They end up losing contact for over ten years. They are reunited once again because the female lead's dad owns a lingerie shop/business that he wants the daughter to take on. She has no interested , her only interested is becoming a novelist. The one condition is that she has to find someone to marry with 72 hrs, and of course thats where the male lead comes in.

To be honest kind of cliche, i mean this genre type is going to be cliche. Rich ceo , struggling author fall into a contracted love.

Romance: To me their romantic scenes is the cutest that I have watch in a while! like they just are so cute together and their chemistry which also includes their kisses are phenomenal and filled with passion. Their story is cute because it starts off when they are young. They do have so riffs in their relationship but they end up fixing it. A big chunk if this drama is their relationship.

The other parts of the story is how the female lead becomes an author/ screen writer/ novelist.

Another small focus was about the male lead's past and how the female lead help overcome his fear.

However the last four episodes got a little draggy. It said i 24 episode but mydramalist said its 29 ep ???
It got draggy because of the third male and second female lead trying to sabotage the female and male's relationship. The story at that point seem to repeat itself , because prior to that the female and male lead already had some miscommunications., towards the end it blew up.... And the beginning of episode 24 didnt really make any sense....

Despite that , i really enjoyed their romance/relationship ! too cute to pass up.
