ML's character officially killed the drama 7 ep in
FL actress is quite good and the storyline started out interesting. There's mystery of why she went into another world or did she? Going from highly privileged life to a girl with nothing. Her character is believable. I like the transferable skillset from her art major to hair and makeup is not so farfetched. She shows how resilient she is proving herself over and over again.The ML's character initially is quite likeable. He's caring and helping her to survive in an unfamiliar environment.
However 7 ep in how the ML acted is so irrational making you think who write's this crap? That neck choke was way out of left field. It's not like she wants to stay here. Why go crazy serial killer on her? Doesn't help the ML isn't a great actor either. He's pretty much unwatchable after that.
I continued watching for the FL. Her emotions are on point and hits so I can see why she is such an upcoming actress. Her crying scenes are superb!
The story developed in a complete direction without things making much sense. Rushed ending to explain what happened and amend all relationships in one episode.....

boring asf dont fall
they sell you the drama as sci-fi or suspense and it's really only 10% drama, TOO MUCH FILLER, seems more like a styling/fashion drama than fiction ?? the plot totally wasted, if you want to watch it for that reason I definitely don't recommend it!!!!! and the romance is too slow and even a little toxic.Apity for the actors, the plot had potential but they did not know how to develop it well.

worst nightmare
worst drama I ever watched really sorry to say this lin yi is my favourite actor. I hate that FL get the more screen time then him it's not fair and her character was really annoying. they could have add more romance to it or they shouldn't have a romantic genre they just ruined it.I am not gonna recommend this drama to anyone and it's not enjoyable and not re watchable I mean it's that bad story is annoying and no character development.
side characters are also not that good their should have atleast secondery couples

Very promising in the beginning, but draggy later on and has blunt ending
Very promising until 2/3. Nice plot twist about time travel and "VR"My fave character in this drama is Chen Fang Zhou, very helpful boss
Good acting, especially Liu Hao Cun as FL
Romance development is also good along the way
Nice ost
But final 1/3, draggy (about high school life, main villain and make up career). Actually this will be better if they wrap up in 24 eps. Ending / last 2 eps is poor and not satisfying

A fresh drama that you shouldn't miss
I never thought that I would see such a great contribution of Lin Yi. Although his all drama are good but this hit different.His character as a bold and strong is mesmerizing.
Where as our FL(idk the name?) she is so so so good in action.
In this drama We get to see how someone support in the worst situation. How can someone manipulate one.
???? ?????? ???'? ???? ??? ??????? ?? ??? ???? ????? ????????.
So how the story goes in deep it take really unexpected twist and turns.
I am so happy that i started it because i never expected such great concept from c drama.
As I am not so in love with c-drama... I rarely watch c-drama... But this is different...
The songs in this are really so good that i also remember some lines... Anyway In the last I know no one will read my review but still I wanted to write about it.
Because it made a place in my heart.
The drama is not a soft Romance.. Even in this you can't expect it... The drama is bold.. Twisted.. Unexpected that someone wanna explore...

hello finished this. this drama was hella boring imo??the only thing that kept me going was LINYI. oh man HIM ON A MOTORCYCLE… SUITS 24/7 AND THOSE DAMN CIRCLE HLASSES. bro had me creaming for more. anywho… yeah this was boring. the initial set up of the memory loss and the world thing was so interesting. the plot twist was good but like why include the whole hairdresser arc.. and makeup artist… like so unnecessary . plus linyis character was so controlling like why did he hide everything from xiaoyuan. and why is xiaoyuan so stuck up and thinks she’s the best… they were annoying. PLUS LIKE NOOO ROMANCE AT ALL. like ok u like each other BUT WHERES THE CHEMISTY OR ROMANCE SCENES. The relationship was so 2D. and like linyi just having these random informants to tell him everything. not that cool. this was dragged out and no good storylines. I usually believe in mdl ratings and skip dramas , but maybe sometimes it's not about the ratings
I started drama after watching some reels from insta . The ones where she ran from bullies and he was her safe place . And there's the rain scene where he was being such red flag(but hot anyway), what I liked in that scene was fl .. she was stubborn af trying not to give in to him . She is her and she will stand her ground . And the other scene where she threw away the food cause he was looking for someone else through her again. Her stubbornness is what I love the most about her .After watching the drama :
The plot was unique for me in cdramas and they actually did a good job of it. Highschool part was even perfect, that would be the perfect representation of the novel's highschool boy who fights well but still got good grades looks like. The bad boy aura he had and how he protected her was such a combination.

Some didn't like fl's character, but she might as well be the reason I finished. I was shocked when i found she's a new actress, girl can act!
I prefered this drama over those highschool to college to work life cdramas I have been watching forever. Something new and interesting.
If you thought this is a review, by now you know it's not. I am just stressed af before my exams and here writing this para instead of studying cause when else will I write one.

Love, Mystery, and Redemption: Derailment's Intriguing Plot and Character Growth Shine
Derailment is such a interesting drama that kept me hooked with every episode, and now I feel so sad after finishing it. The ML and SL were absolute eye-candy to start off with, like QL was a red flag to start off with but then progressed into a green flag idk. Watching the character development of JXY from an arrogant person with a sense of superiority to a genuine person who works hard was very worthwhile. I also enjoyed the aspect of how romance was rather a side focus, with mystery/thriller which made it very exciting. By unravelling all the mysteries as to what exactly happened to the FL, and who is behind it all with limited clues, while meeting many people to form her the support system JXY never had, easily gives this drama a 9/10. I didn't feel like this drama dragged or that any of the arcs were unnecessary, and I feel like this was quite well put together. The only minor issue I had was with the expression of emotion and relatability in the actors, I feel like some scenes came short of what they were supposed to make the audience feel. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed Derailment and rate it a 9/10!Was this review helpful to you?

Could have been better :(
Not sure if it was only me but I was so surprised it ended like that. Took 30 episodes for the villain to commit suicide in the end then the whole series felt like it lacks closure overall. why were they crying in the last episode? because the FL is dying? no further indications, slow story and character build up in the mid and then rushed ending. I also keep on fast forwarding while watching. Lead characters could’ve fit other actors/actresses. ML looks so young for the role. good thing Lin Yi is so good looking lol. FL lacks acting. there is a side of her where she looks OK but most of the time, the angle doesnt highlight her good sides.Was this review helpful to you?

I thoroughly enjoyed the drama until the revelation of the secret. However, as the truth unfolded gradually, it unraveled a web of intricacies that captivated my interest. Yet, the pacing slowed when the characters embarked on their quest to uncover the culprit and unearth the complete truth, leaving me somewhat disengaged. At first it was very confusing, I held on because I’ve seen the lead guy on a couple of c-drama. he’s good looking and tall but I particularly felt he was a bit lacking on most of the emotional scenes. his crying scene weren’t captivating nor did I emphatize, I think he needs to improve on that… I cry easily & for this particular series I did not. There were scenes that I hope they didn’t focus too much on it was unnecessary tbh, I had to skip some parts too, Although they did answer all the questions that was running on my head but there were so many extra scenes that should’ve been replaced with… The ending felt so rushed too. there were some nice points and scenes from the series but it had more blah moments, I wished they emphasized on a few things rather than adding uneseccary lengthy parts. Chemistry was okay, if you have so much time on your plate you may try watching this bt it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea. over all it was okay for me but YES there are far better c-dramas/series out there.Was this review helpful to you?

ITS WORTH IT!!
The plot may be confusing at the start but this drama is SUPER UNDERRATED and the plot is actually very interesting! This is the kind of drama that lets you think about your own theories . It is a suspence genre and it does not solely focus on the romace part which i really like! The female lead( liu hao cun)'s acting is very touching and natural at the same time! This drama made me cry during the first few eps when Qi lian finds out the Xiao yuan is not the Xiao yuan he knows.( not his first love) This drama is worthy of your time.
