An aging martial arts champion fallen on hard times, nicknamed "Bamboo Stick" after his favorite weapon, comes to the aid of a man whose daughter is being forced into marriage with a powerful outlaw. However, after Bamboo Stick makes short work of the would-be groom, he discovers he's just killed the son of his arch-rival Lung Yung Fang.
