Go Ah Sung will reportedly make a special appearance in the upcoming Netflix original series "The Girl Downstairs."

On October 6th, media outlet JTBC Entertainment News reported that Go Ah Sung together with the dance group La Chica will be making a special appearance in the upcoming Netflix series "The Girl Downstairs." 

Go Ah Sung will possibly make a cameo in support of director Lee Jeong Hyo. The two worked together in the 2018 series "Life on Mars." 

"The Girl Downstairs" will base its story on the webtoon of the same name. It will narrate the story of idol Duna who decided to retire and return as a freshman at a university. She will then live in the same sharehouse with a man.

There is no confirmation yet about the cameo of Go Ah Sung and also the character that she will possibly portray.

The upcoming series will be led by missA's Bae Suzy, Yang Se Jong, and Lee Yoo Bi

Bae Suzy will portray the role of Duna, a beautiful idol who decided to start anew and become a normal university student. Yang Se Jong will play the role of Lee Won Joon, the new tenant of the sharehouse who will share the household with Duna. 

"The Girl Downstairs" will exclusively premiere on Netflix.

If Go Ah Sung confirms her special appearance, this will be her first time appearing in a Netflix original series. This year, she made her debut on the OTT platform wavve through the original series "Tracer."

The actress made her acting debut as a child star in 2006. Go Ah Sung is known for being part of the dramas "Crime Puzzle," "Life on Mars," "Radiant Office," "Heard it Through the Grapevine," "Master of Study," "Beating Heart," and "Sad Love Story." 

Aside from dramas, Go Ah Sung will also lead the upcoming movie "Because I Don't Like Korea."
