Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Joo Sang Wook to join the upcoming tvN drama starring Lee Jae Wook and Park Hae Eun.
Media outlet SPOTVNews reports on June 2nd, Joo Sang Wook will be added to the cast line-up of the tvN drama titled "Return." The upcoming series will be the return project of screenwriters Hong Jung Eun and Hong Mi Ran commonly known as the Hong Sisters.
Joo Sang Wook's agency HB Entertainment shared their side, stating that the actor is positively considering the offer from the said drama.
Reported casts of "Return" includes Lee Jae Wook, Park Hae Eun, Oh Na Ra, Yoo Joon Sang, NU'EST Hwang Min Hyun, and Oh My Girl's Arin. The drama is slated to air in the second half of the year.
The fantasy-romance series will be helmed by Park Joon Hwa ("My Roommate Is a Gumiho" and "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?"). The drama will narrate the journey of young magicians dealing with heavenly spirits.
"Return" is a highly anticipated drama as it will be a collaboration between the famous Hong Sisters and director Park Joon Hwa who's skilled in creating romance dramas.
If Joo Sang Wook accepts the casting offer for "Return," this will be his first project for 2021. He previously appeared in the 2020 drama "Touch" together with actors Kim Bo Ra and Lee Tae Hwan.
Joo Sang Wook has played in variety of genres in his entire acting career.
