Kang Ki Young will reportedly lead the upcoming JTBC K-drama "I Will Go Until the End."

"I Will Go Until the End" will showcase the main character Sa Ra's pleasant solution to justices about marriage. 

The upcoming series will be directed by Park Jin Suk ("Sell Your Haunted House," "School 2017," and "Haeundae Lovers") and written by Jung Hee Sun. 

According to reports on November 23rd, Kang Ki Young will be the main lead of the upcoming k-drama. 

Kang Ki Young's agency Namoo Actors responded to the casting reports and stated that the actor did receive the offer and he is positively reviewing to star in the series. 

Actress Lee Ji Ah also received the offer to star in the k-drama. She will reportedly give life to the character named Sa Ra.

There are no official details yet on the character that was offered to Kang Ki Young.

The premiere date of "I Will Go Until the End" is still undecided but it will exclusively air on JTBC.

If Kang Ki Young confirms his casting, this will be his first ever leading role since his debut. The actor has been active in the industry in supporting roles in different genres. 

Many are already anticipating the next move of the actor after he took the spotlight through the ENA k-drama "Extraordinary Attorney Woo." 

Aside from "I Will Go Until the End," Kang Ki Young will also join the new season of "The Uncanny Counter 2." He will be the newest character in the series. 

It is also expected that Kang Ki Young will also return to the new season of "Extraordinary Attorney Woo Season 2" which will possibly premiere in 2024.
