Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Lee Dong Wook will join the cast of the upcoming movie "Harbin."
On November 17th, several media outlets reported that Lee Dong Wook will be added to the star-studded lineup of the upcoming action historical movie "Harbin."
It was then confirmed by a representative from King Kong Starship, the agency of Lee Dong Wook. According to their side, Lee Dong Wook will join the film. They also reiterated that they could not reveal more details about the character that the actor will portray.
This film will be added to the upcoming projects of the actor. He is also set to star in the new movie "Single in Seoul" with Im Soo Jung, Esom, Lee Mi Do, Jang Hyun Sung, and Lee Sang Yi.
Lee Dong Wook will also lead the upcoming k-dramas "The Good Man" and the two new seasons of "Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938" and "Tale of the Nine-Tailed Season 3."
The actor is currently part of the variety program "The Game Caterers Season 2" together with other Starship Entertainment idols and actors.
The upcoming movie "Harbin" will tell the story of the Korean activist who risked their lives to regain their homeland and independence. The drama is set in the early 1900s wherein they fought against the rule of Japan.
Lee Dong Wook will be joining the confirmed cast Hyun Bin, Park Jung Min, Jeon Yeo Been, Jo Woo Jin, and Yoo Jae Myung.
The upcoming series will be directed by Woo Min Ho ("The Man Standing Next," "The Drug King," and "Inside Men").
According to reports, "Harbin" will begin filming on November 20.
There are no official details yet on when will the upcoming movie "Harbin" will premiere.
