Actress Park Ji Hyun has been offered a role in the remake of the popular 1990s horror thriller drama M.
On March 28, the actress's agency, Namoo Actors, stated, "M: Reboot is one of the projects under consideration [by Park Ji Hyun]."
M aired on MBC in 1994 and garnered immense popularity. It tackled topics such as abortion ethics and achieved a peak rating of 50%, with an average viewership rating of 38.6%.
It is said that after starring in the dramas The Final Match and M, actress Shim Eun Ha enjoyed huge popularity and rose to the ranks of top stars.
Meanwhile, Park Ji Hyun has recently starred in the SBS action-crime drama Flex X Cop, in which she played the role of Lee Kang Hyun, the team leader of Team 1 of Gangha Police Station's violent crime department. She starred alongside Ahn Bo Hyun, Kang Sang Jun, and Kim Shin Bi, among others.
