Clearing some confusion

I'm confused by two things,

Are both the moments in the class Love and Marriage actual events, or was he trying to guess how he remembered the other guy and got it wrong each time?

Second, isn't that just a picture of him?  Yoo Jung Hun or do they just look really similar
