Besides the entire town looking uber sus, does anyone have any theories relating to any of the clues given?

I somehow want to believe that the urination spot has something to do with something, don't ask me what exactly, but I just felt like there was a bit of an odd emphasis on it that lasted longer than a usual little joke. Like, they really made sure you knew where it was, who used it and how popular it was, etc...

What are your theories? ?
