VIP MEMBERSHIP

Hi,
I subscribed for the VIP membership last month, and I cancelled after a couple of days of my subscription. However, it shows in my account that my VIP subscription will end on 06 October 2024, and it’s still active till this moment. I only subscribed for one month and my payment history shows that I only paid 2.99$ in 06 October 2023. So, isn’t supposed to end by now? Why it shows next year?

Use MDL on desktop and go to Settings - Subscriptions - click Cancel Subscription.

Updated: Could you try it now, the monthly option should be working now.
