Streaming service addition allowed again?

I tried adding a YouTube channel as a streaming service option last December and was told that acceptance of new additions has been put on hold. Is it still on hold or can we make submissions to the Google form again?

Not yet. The streaming service will be available again when we release the new version of MDL. We don't have an ETA on that, but it should be soon.
