Well Yu Zhen Xuan is pretty clearly in love with Pei Shou Yi... Pei Shou Yi thinks Yu Zhen Xuan is just attached to him because of his different diagnosis that were listed. I also feel like Pei Shou Yi has issues with emotional attachment too and it makes him uncomfortable. He probably quit the job at the high school because of that and doesn't want to get close. Anything else specific I feel like we will learn in the last two episodes.

I think Pei Shou Yi loves Yu Zhen Xian but he doesn't trust feelings YZX for him.  He sees those feelings as an attachment disorder and not real.  So seeing YZX  all the time actually hurts PSY, he is trying to also protect YZX and his own feelings at the same time.
