A light romance drama that's not boring to watch

Well well well, a story about a relationship between a doctor and a nurse is a mainstream one. We all know that. But, the vibe, the light romance, and the one-of-a-kind japanese comedy that this drama has become their different-from-the-other dramas points. I mean a lot of medical-related dramas always have a heavy problem, but not with this drama, it's fun and exciting to watch. Not to mention the casts's acting ability, like DAMNNN the crying scene of Sato Takeru still gives me goosebumps, it makes me cried really hard with him. Oh, I also really love how this drama is so focused on the main couple's relationship development so that we know what exactly is happening and not missing anything. Loved it.
