Just Perfect!

I usually don’t watch much cdrama since I find them too draggy. This is my first cdrama that I’m giving a perfect 10 rating. This drama was perfect in every way, cast, story, acting, scenes, ost. I usually give ff to many dramas but with this one never did.

You will cry so much but it’s so rewarding! Their love, strength, forgiveness, joining forces and acceptance will help you grow, learn, understand and believe that love beats death.

LinYi acting has evolve so much. He sure gave it all. LandyLi was superb. She is the star of this drama. His friend TainYu was wonderful he sure was a true friend.

Last year I was over a month in a hospital I thought I would die as how I felt. Thanks to my wonderful family who took care of me day and night I can relate some things to this drama. After this my love for my family has overgrown. I am soooo grateful for having them in my life. To live one extra day is a gift that I’m grateful for and when time comes I understand and accept that this is how life is, just as LandyLi said in this drama.

This drama will put your feet’s in the ground. Will open your heart and will show you what life is about. The conversations in this drama are powerful specially LandyLi. She was outstanding. Will be watching her in other dramas.

Let’s share our love to others, never know who might need it. Hope you decide to watch, you won’t regret it!

Live, Love, Laugh!

Relationship seem real…

Loved this drama! I always rooted for them! It was like a real life relationship. They needed some time to workout all the pain that goes in to a breakup.

This is what I loved the most… I loved that writers showed his pain more. Usually it’s always on females. Loved his pain and vulnerability. He was so emotional and regretted what he had and lost.

I was ok with a “happy ending”. Although my happy ending is probably not others happy ending. They talked, had some good conversations and finally had the closure they deserved and can move on. This for me is a “happy ending”.

Like:
ML pain and vulnerability
They had difficulties cause by themselves, not others
Talked it out in different conversations.
It looked like a real relationship
Acting was good

Dislike:
Waiting one week for 1 episode (this didn’t help at all this drama)
Too much time on side couples. (at least the first 5-6 episodes)
Halfway I didn’t understand FL since she seemed ok but later I understood her when they had telephone conversation). Not everyone reacts or work the same after a breakup.

Although it looked like they cheated to each other, they didn’t really cheat and this is probably why I thought that they could work it out and go back together since they had some good talking.

They were a young couple in a relationship of 7 years. They had so much memories together and was even harder for them to restart and heal.

I’m usually not a critical reviewer so this is my pov that maybe it’s not yours.

A Captivating King…

As other viewers I felt ending was short. Waited for so much more. Although they gave us a happy ending (at least) it needed more substance. The kiss was awful! At least if it was as their first kiss it was good but that kiss? Why after all the trouble they can’t give a better ending, at least I would have been thrilled with a good kiss.

Jo Jung Suk saved this drama. If it wasn’t for him probably I would have dropped it. As many others comments he CARRIED this drama. Deserves an Oscar! Don’t know if his acting diminished Shin Sae Kyeong or if she acted poorly next to him or the script. I will go with his acting was too much for her. All the emotions that he could convey in seconds were superb and those eyes said so much. Wow! I hope to see him soon in more dramas similar so I can see more of this potential. I have seen other of his dramas but here I felted he was intense.

Such a lovely, innocent, pure love story!

This is a lovely, shy, innocent, pure love drama!

It’s a very slow pace drama but it shows all the details when we are teens and those first looks, comments that we usually use since we are so shy and innocent.

Loved him in Monster (wonderful movie) and this one didn’t disappoint me. It’s very slow pace but since it’s only 8 short episodes it goes well and just perfect timing. I cried just seeing how beautiful their interaction was. She tease him in a loving way and he was so shy about it.

It’s a wonderful story and will take you to your youth school years. Prepare the tissues!

What I didn’t like…… probably the too slow pace sometimes that made me sleepy but surely enjoyed it.

Ohh and btw there will be a movie sequel of them as adults. Can’t wait!

The true meaning

Such a wonderful story! Everyone should see this serie! It brings out what we should always be aware of. That life is short, family is a learning process and that love goes beyond any situation. It’s a pity that to be vulnerable and loving there has to be a sickness. We take for granted so much things in life that we forget of our true meaning. That’s why when a love one dies suddenly there is so much regret b/c we forget of our love too them. We let ourselves live the revolt and routine of our daily lives and forget the values of what life really is.

Love the cooking process, explained and so well done. Learned so much about Korean cuisine.

Most will say that’s sad. No it’s not! It’s a wonderful learning life process that all should see and change our normal habits. It’s not sad it’s accepting, respecting, understanding, growing, learning and most of all letting go. We will all go thru this process. They had the chance to enjoy the time left, most don’t.
