These two series have something in common, namely "being thrown into the past", overall the form of the story is the same, but there are several differences such as the form of story conflict, characterization, issues, and several other things.

In both movies the main characters, Boku in "fish on land" and Shinichi in "his lost name" are found by local people of small rural villages and decide to stay with them for a while. Both films focus on the relationship between an older man and a younger man that seems to kind of represents him, Seiji with Boku on the first movie and Tetsuro with Shinichi on the other. Both movies are quiet and the atmosphere is quite heavy.

Similar story of a female chef who climbs through the ranks because of her skill and wit. Excellent use of food cinematography

Both have mature romance genre, both are lesbian series about two women. One is trying to chase other after hurting other by getting her love and forgive. ????????……………………………………………

Both show's stories are somehow similar. In Lovesickness, FL time traveled in the ML era, but in An Ancient Love Song, ML time traveled, and they tried to change the history and tragic end of their lover. But in terms of production and story execution, the quality of An Ancient Love Song Show is higher than Lovesickness.

I think these two dramas are similar because they both depict a character who is simply following his ideas and living his life, but he meets someone from the Communist Party and is unknowingly involved.
In War of Faith, the importance of the Communist Party appears later than in Shooting Stars, and both dramas are not just about Communism; War of Faith is also about the economy, while Shooting Stars is about police work and justice.

Plot of Love in Devil sounds pretty similar to TTEOTM...
But one is short length series and other a full length drama
