did anyone else watch the gmmtv 2024 part 2 trailers? mook and pat's toxic energy in friendshit forever has me seatedddddd. there's something so hashtag toxic yuri about convincing your secret fwb to pursue your best friend just to destroy her life

Going off the trailer alone Us seems rather polished. Haven't really gotten enough of a feel of the plot/characters to comment on those yet.

i love the vibe! it seems like a simple story, with both fluff and angst. love the chemistry with Bonnie and Emi. and it's also directed by P'Fon! same as 23.5! so i definitely have expectations!!

Pam and Dokrak are also side characters in My Marvellous Dream is You! im excited to see both versions of them

im intrigued about something else though. Planoy was retweeting ViewJune, some people were speculating that they might be the leads for Us. now we know that's not the case, but likely means they might be the leads for a different Planoy story. her works that we know are being adapted and aren't confirmed to be produced by other companies are Irresistible, Affair, Rolling in Love and Apo & Bo, so VJ might get one of those for GMMTV 2025.

side note: i really believed we were getting at least a couple of GLs this time. im a little bit dissappointed

The first thing that crossed my mind after watching the trailer was the graphic of Planoy books with so many arrows that you shared before. lol

They announced 6 BLs and only 1 GL. I think that was expected considering that they have a big BL fanbase and full-length GL is pretty new to them. But good thing that we have a few more GLs coming out this year to look forward to.

Another GL series has been announced!! Affair by Chao Planoy will be adapted by CHANGE2651 (One Night Stand, Pit Babe) as apart of their 2024 line up.

looks good, i like the leads... can we move on from the boyfriend trope already though? we have it in Affair, Us, Dream, Gap, im so TIRED. it's such a lazy way to create drama
